How Do I Turn it Off?

I have my PSP off and it turns on due to updating for RSS. I have no RSS that need updating so how do I turn it off for updating?How Do I Turn it Off?
Your PSP is probably on sleep mode, not off. To turn it off completely, slide the button up (like you would to put it in sleep mode), but hold it there until the system powers down.How Do I Turn it Off?

I do power it down. It comes back on though.
I think you probably have a timer set on your RSS feed. You can turn it off by going to to the RSS Feed you have and then press triangle and then turn it off.
