Im about to buy a PSP, can someone help ...

Ok guys, thanks for taking the time to read my post.So im in the market for a new PSP and im not sure which one to buy. Im thinking about the PSP 3000 but then there iare the infamous ''scan lines'' that everyone keeps talking about, and the ghosting and the fact that the color enhancment actually makes the games colors look more unnatural and ''yellowish'' when the colors are white.The PSP 3000 is on amazon and so is the PSP 2000... both are listed at $169.99 for the core pack. $169.99 for a older model? Dosen't make sense to me.Anyway, I wanted to get some honest, unbiased opinions from you guys before I go shell out money for the console and memory stick. I don't mean to sound like a jerk or anything, but I only want to hear opinions from people who actually OWN ONE or have at least spent some time with one. Are the screen issues really that bad? i suggest the psp 2000 model as i have played both models and found the 2000 far superior in screen color and those scanlines bug the hell out of me.Im about to buy a PSP, can someone help ...

Sorry I dont ''own'' a psp 3000, but my 2 best friends just got them and I got to try it out! It was awesome and I could use the mic to play socom! I cant even find the ''scan lines'' so I would get a psp 3000
Thought I'd drop in here and mention again that I have a 3000 and there are no scanlines, on mine at least.
I own 2000 and honestly, if you can find it CHEAPER THEN get it. The 3000 isn't THAT bad with the scanlines imo but if you really want something good out of your money get the 2000 only if it's cheaper. If you think the scanlines are a prob then get the 2000 anyways.
