No, I don't want to know how to cheat...I was just playing and noticed some oddities, and wondered if it is even possible...it would certainly explain what was happening...Playing Battlefront Renegade Squadron, I join an online game, get into the fight and it's over in about 15 seconds. Odd, i think, maybe I joined a game just as it was ending. Change maps, same thing happens...over in less than 30 seconds. Hm, strange. New map, and this time I notice a crazy rocket barrage hitting the spawning area and the same guy's name keeps popping up, indicating kills. All the victory points get taken, and game over. I check the score at the end, and the guy has, like, 30 kills, no deaths. I tried a few more games, and it's the same thing...crazy rocket barrage, points get taken over nearly immediately, game over, the guy is 20-0, 25-0, 15-0...over and over.So WTF...being ''good'' is one thing...being able to conquer the whole map and wipe everyone else out in 30 seconds is something different. So my question is, is the PSP online multiplayer susceptible to cheating? Is there anything one can do about it? Is Sony attempting to do anything about it?Thanks. Cheating in multiplayer?
Nah that player is just that damn good.Cheating in multiplayer?
no there is no way of preventing it because as long as a person psp is ''modified'' it is possible to cheat in almost any form or possible way in a game
I believe people who (Insert word we shall not say here) their PSP are able to use cheats on all kinda of stuff one of the bad factors to PSP online gaming... I wish it was like the Xbox360 where it auto detects and you're banned on sight...
Hate them, just ignore them. Join a different match.
Although the problem does exist. There are also alot of things to consider before you brandish a player as a cheater.
Maybe they are just significantly better than you are, maybe they are a better gamer than you are,......maybe you dont deserve to touch a psp....just maybe....just maybe...
