monster hunter freedom 2 Help please

ok... i have a buster blade whats the quickest way to get it to a really good level i also have a red stripe but tht is not as good...also are twin blades any good as i have the giaprey + ones... I find it hard to kill the diama hermataur any hints with a great sword or dual blades? thanks monster hunter freedom 2 Help please
I wouldn't use that Buster Blade if I were you. If I could suggest something, use a bowgun, preferably light. If you have quick enough fingers you can easily destroy any monster with one. I've managed to take down elder dragons, including Lao Shun Lung with a bowgun. It's easily my most dependable weapon. However, it can be flawed against faster foes like the Dromes and such. For those, may I suggest the hammer cause it will only take a few impacts to take them out, plus they are the most powerful melee weapons in the game. Always aim for the skull with a charge attack cause you can have a chance at making them daze for a moment..Also, ALWAYS use your Poko Farm! It always replenishes the items in it once you complete or fail a mission. It don't refill though if you just quit the mission..monster hunter freedom 2 Help please

aww thanks m8 really appreiciate tht thanks alot :) havnt looked at the dual swords one yet but first one was great thanks :) do u know any quick ways to get to a really good great sword?
